Exchange or Store Credit
Eligible items can be returned for a store credit or exchange.
Local pick up orders are eligible for exchange or store credit, within 14 days of placing your order. If your order is picked up after 14 days of placing your order, the order is now final sale.
Shipped orders are eligible for exchange or store credit within 14 days of your order being delivered. If you wish to return an item for store credit or exchange, please contact the Louilla 1916 team at email@example.com, to start your return.
If emailing for a return, please include the following in your email;
- order number and your name
- item you would wish to exchange or receive a store credit for
- reason for exchange or store credit
Our team will be in contact with your shortly after to process your return.
Item's must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your order. Items shipped back to Louilla 1916 after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded. It is the responsibility of the shipper to cover shipping costs.
All items returned must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Items with deodorant or makeup stains will not be approved for return.
All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. All jewelry including necklaces, earrings and bracelets are final sale. All bodysuits, socks and headwear are final sale.
All vintage denim products are final sale. However, if you are completely un-satisfied with your purchase we can do and exchange or store credit. All exchanges must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your order in the mail, or 14 days after local purchase.

If you select "“Local Pick-up”, once you have a received a email stating your order is ready, you may pick-up anytime during our Open Hours!
